Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a simple 7-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and with seals intact due to hygiene and safety standards for skin & scalp care products.

To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your Order ID and photos of the package. Once approved, you can send the parcel back to our fulfillment center.

Refunds are processed to your bank account or via Easypaisa/JazzCash transfer within 5-7 business days after we inspect the returned item.
